What is the Rewrite Method?

The Rewrite Method is a step-by-step framework designed to help you break free from emotional eating by changing how you respond in the moments that matter most.

Inside this program, you’ll be guided through a powerful process of understanding your patterns, identifying the stories driving your behavior, and learning how to interrupt and shift those patterns in real time. This isn’t about willpower, restriction, or trying harder. It’s about building awareness, increasing emotional capacity, and developing the ability to choose differently.

Through a series of structured modules, guided exercises, and real-life integration tools, you’ll learn how to pause instead of react, support yourself instead of criticize, and create lasting change from the inside out.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a structured self-leadership program designed to help you understand and shift emotional eating patterns. It complements therapy but does not replace it.

What if I’ve tried everything before?

Many women who join this program are intelligent, capable, and exhausted from starting over. The difference here is we address the story and nervous system beneath the behavior, not just the behavior itself.

How long is online course?

The program is self-paced with a recommended 6–8 week structure. Most women spend about 60–75 minutes per week.

Is this about weight loss?

No. While body changes may occur as stress patterns shift, this program focuses on emotional regulation and sustainable freedom. Not dieting.

What if I slip during the program?

Slips are expected. You’ll learn exactly how to respond to them without spiraling.

What if I have questions I want to ask?
